Cancellation policy
[For course reservations] 100% of the course fee (per person) will be charged from 12:00 on the day of your visit.
[If reserving a seat only] From 5:00 p.m. on the day of your visit, 0 yen (per person) will be charged.
For course meals, if you cancel after 12:00 on the day, we will charge you the full cancellation fee, regardless of the reason.
Any food that has been frozen, thawed or cooked will be discarded.Please understand that this is to reduce food waste.
